The roof was replaced in November 2018; however, due to hurricane Ida our future owners might have the opportunity to select their choice of colors for the siding that will be replaced and possibly the roof if it is determined that it needs to be replaced. Nearby are other great markets such as Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and Giant food stores. There is easy access to major highways and several commuter rail stations, including Ambler, Fort Washington, Penllyn and Gwynedd Valley.
